Heavy Equipment Appraisal

Independent valuations for construction, agricultural, and industrial equipment.

What Is Heavy Equipment Appraisal?

A heavy equipment appraisal is an independent valuation of construction, agricultural, or industrial equipment — built around how that equipment actually holds value, not a passenger-vehicle pricing model.

Hours of use, maintenance history, and attachment configuration move a piece of equipment's value more than anything resembling mileage, and a generic vehicle pricing tool has no framework for any of it. Two identical models can be worth very different amounts depending on how they were maintained and what's attached to them.

We inspect the equipment on site, document hours, maintenance records, and configuration, and research comparable sales in the equipment market. The result is a written valuation for insurance, financing, a sale, or a dispute.

If you're appraising a passenger car or truck rather than equipment, our general Vehicle Appraisal is the right fit instead.

Why Get a Vehicle Appraisal?

Peace of Mind Buying or Selling

Know the real condition and value of a vehicle before money changes hands.

Know What Your Vehicle Is Really Worth

An independent number based on your vehicle's condition, not a generic pricing guide.

Confidence in an Insurance or Legal Claim

A defensible report you can submit to an insurer, lender, or court.

Does This Sound Like You…

  • You bought a car and want to know if you paid a fair price.
  • Your insurer's offer feels low after an accident.
  • You need an unbiased value for a legal or estate matter.
  • You're selling privately and want a number you can defend.
  • A lender needs a certified value before financing your classic car.
  • You're not sure a used car's price matches its actual condition.

We believe you should be able to make informed vehicle decisions and have the confidence to know what your car is really worth.

What Customers Say

I was about to buy a used SUV and the seller's price didn't match what I was seeing online. The inspection report gave me the number I needed to talk the price down before I committed to anything.

Mark T.

My insurer's first offer on my totaled car was lower than what I'd have needed to replace it. The appraisal report gave me something concrete to push back with, and the second offer was better.

Denise R.

Financing a classic car through a specialty lender meant I needed a certified value, not just a guess. The appraisal came back thorough and the lender accepted it without any follow-up questions.

Carl W.
