Claim resolution through arbitration is where we act as your appraiser once a claim dispute has reached your policy's appraisal clause — the formal process that settles a disagreement over value without going to court.
Once either side invokes the appraisal clause, each party hires its own appraiser, and the two work to agree on a number; if they can't, a neutral third appraiser called an umpire is brought in to make a binding decision. Most people never get this far because they accept the first offer — but the clause exists precisely for cases where the numbers don't add up.
We inspect the vehicle, document condition and comparables, and represent your number through the appraisal process from the initial disagreement to a resolution — negotiating directly with the insurer's appraiser on your behalf.
